The chic lounge consists of clean lines, and is swathed in cobalt blue and the Alba damask pattern. Choose a drink from a variety of single malts, premium blend cognacs, local wine, draught beer or cocktail favourites ranging from rose-tinted Cosmopolitans to tart Caipirinhas. Their menu of light meals include healthy ciabattas, wraps, salads and a selection of tapas like nachos and calamari. Staff recommend the cajun chicken wrap with crispy bacon, spicy cajun mayonnaise and avocado. The Alba Easy Lounge is situated a stone’s throw away from various boarding gates and is open from 5am until the last flight every day. It offers free Wi-Fi and is one of very few smoking facilities in the Mother City airport’s domestic departures area.
